I purchased a voucher from Groupon for a skin treatment, only to have the worst possible experience from Acculaser. I have waited 4 months to redeem my voucher and the lady at Acculaser has cancelled my appointments twice and has now refused to honour the voucher at all. She says both cancellations were due to her illness and injuries but on one occasion gave me one hours notice. I complained to her and received a highly rude response and was shouted at. She has told me in no uncertain terms, she's not giving the treatment and to pursue a refund through Groupon!

I do not know this lady that has written this complaint on this website. I spoke to her once and she was very unfriendly and unpleasant. Unfortunately I broke my foot last summer and had to cancel some appointments during that time but have never given a client one hours notice of a cancellation!! She was angry on the phone and I simply said that with that sort of attitude I thought it was best she asked Groupon for a refund as I have no wish to treat her. I have hundreds of extremely lovely happy clients and the comments on my website prove this.
